Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days ( excluding weekends). Shipping time will depend on the type of postal service you have chosen to pay for. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once your package has handed over to postal services. We are not responsible for incorrectly written addresses. If you made an error when entering your shipping information, your package will be returned, and you will need to pay for shipping again with the correct address for reshipment. Once your package has been delivered to the postal service, you should track your package using the tracking number provided to you by the postal service chosen. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, undelivered packages, or product damaged due to the postal service. Any claim must be made directly with the postal service for any of the situations mentioned above.
